pink colored pony rides and horse cupcakes

As a twist on the traditional country western style pony parties that we usually see, Shana Rosenheck of POMP styled this Classy & Elegant Pink Pony Birthday Party with whimsical florals, chic decor & sweet farm animals. But don’t let the title fool you — this party is anything but stuffy! The kids had loads of fun petting animals, playing with balloons and riding pink ponies (which were safely colored with vegetable dye)!

PARTY HIGHLIGHTS to look out for:

  • Ruffled pink horse topped birthday cake + a muddy chocolate pig pen cake
  • Cotton candy & popcorn machines + berry basket lunches & sprinkle rimmed milk bottles
  • A pinwheel topped eclair tower + pony cake pops, farm animal cupcakes & sheep & horseshoe cookies
  • Pink jelly bean lined sweets dishes + pink floral & polka dot patterned paper party hats & snack cones

PARTY DETAILS as told by Shana

This birthday party was for a pony loving three year-old. She is a lover of all things pink, so we made sure we had plenty of pink to celebrate her with. My favorite element from this party was the custom Pink Woodard Tables and Chairs. We had five tables and twenty chairs painted and they looked so beautiful in the green grass. My second favorite element was the seven ponies with manes painted pink (all with very safe vegetable food coloring). I also love the pink caramel apples and the lamb cookies displayed in lucite boxes filled with pink jellybeans. This party was a pleasure to plan!

What is decorating the table? I can see tiny horse cut outs but what is the other?
