One of my favorite things about being a planner, is learning about my clients, creating a theme that describes them and what they like and then adding my own twist to it! This gender reveal is an absolute perfect example of that process coming to life. The Mom-To-Be came to me very excited about her gender reveal for her first baby. She was open to "different", as she didn't want the "same old" ideas. After a few conversations and pow-wows, I learned the soon-to-be Mom was an absolute Peace Love World fanatic. Being Miami locals, and knowing all too well the PLW fad, I thought this would be the perfect inspiration and added my own twist. Thats when I came up with "Peace, Love, Baby ; Is it a boy or a girl, maybe?". What a great platform for inspiration, not to mention we were able to buy a bunch of goodies from local stores and even online. Mom-to-be, Jenny, did want to keep the traditional blue and pink colors part of the decor, so keeping with the PLW inspiration, I also decided to include black and white to the mix.
