Peppa Pig's Birthday on the Budget (12 photos)
My daugther, Kassey, loves to watch Peppa Pig on Nick Jr. So we threw her a Peppa Pig theme birthday party at the park in less than a week!! Since we just have our first daughter party not too long ago, we tried to keep the budget to minimal for this party.
I bought the $2.99 Muslin fabric for the sweet table cloth from Joann using their 50% off coupon and threw green chevron fabric that I have and cut them as runners for the table.
Our sweet table include variety of macaroons ($5 for a box of 12 pcs) and adorable mini fruit pies, both from Trader Joe's. The mini Kit Kat chocolate bars were bought from World Market, wrapped and personalized with Peppa Pig wrappers.
We continued to incorporate our "Pig" theme into our lunch/snack menu, which include Bacon Skewers, Pig in the Blanket, Ham Pastries, Dinosaur shaped nuggets and Bacon n Ham Pizzas.
Peppa Pig and her family love to have picnic so we gave picnic basket to each kid filled with juice, snacks and snack box as a favor. The kids loved the picnic baskets and they gathered around the park to enjoy their picnic time.
