Back to School Breakfast (8 photos)
I wanted something simple, something where I could use everything I already had. The only thing I had to pick up were some fresh sunflowers from the market.
I started with simple brown kraft paper instead of a table cloth, a staple in our house. I buy it by the roll at Uline. I already have our art supplies in mason jars labeled with cute diecut chalkboard labels from World Market. I pulled out the pencils and color pencils, grabbed a globe and some books from the kids' room. The cute Back to School bunting was a free download from Dimple Prints (link below). Apples from the fridge, and I quickly made up name tag flags in Illustartor (but you could just as easly use word). I used a black marker to draw little place mat, and wrote their grade next to their place setting.
Who doesn't love turning simple moments into little celebrations.
