The underlying theme throughout the décor and sweets is confetti.
We had a beautiful day to celebrate. The girls played charades, made
balloon animals, learned to juggle and spent the rest of the day
taking silly pictures in the photo booth we rented.
I made the cake to mirror Kati's "hatband".
Sweets included: chocolate covered marshmallow pops, pinwheel cookies,
cookie towers, chalkboard cookies, fishbowl jello (jello served in
mini fish bowls with a Swedish fish in it & a ping pong ball floating
on top), mini cotton candy cones, chocolate covered oreos, cake and
ice cream. I also set up an antique tea cart outside with pink
lemonade served in vintage-looking coca cola glasses, popcorn and candy.
