Hostess With The Mostess

My "berry" sweet little girl wanted a "Strawberry Shortcake" birthday party this year, and that is what she got.  Luckily for me she didn't do a switch up on what she wanted a week before the party:) because she has been set on this for months which gave me time to collect things along the way.  My favorite details for the party was the dessert table backdrop made out of simple party streamers and the party favors in the berry baskets!  Oh and the fact that most of the items for all of these things were from Dollar Tree.   We did add an Alex's Strawberry Lemonade Stand several weeks before the party, and I am so happy we did.  Miss T almost raised $500 bucks for such a great cause thanks to our wonderful friends and family!!  The weather was perfect all day up until about an hour before the party, and it pretty much rained for the entire thing (not hard thank goodness) but the kid's and their parents had a great time swimming anyway!
