Hostess With The Mostess

I made this first birthday hat for my friends' daughter birthday. She LOVED it! And her mommy loved it so much that she was only allowed to wear it for a picture and then it got stored on a shelf. I went to MIchaels craft store and went crazy.....I used a huge piece of card stock and shaped the hat itself, pulled ribbon through the top whole, added fake birds, flowers, decals, ribbon. This hat absolutely represents baby Sophie and to a tee. Not to menton I kept in mind the colors of her bedroom so her mom could store it for years to come!
