Hostess With The Mostess

Ethan turned 4 and wanted a super backyard carnival!  I purchased the invitations from Anders Ruff and designed all the other printables myself.  We rented 2 carnival games and then made the rest ourselves..we had all the treats you would find at a carnival - popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, fried chicken, hot dogs...The birthday boy requested I make him a super hero cake, so although it didn't fit our theme, I obliged :-)!  We had tickets and prizes for all the kids, along with a face painter and sand art...there were plenty of activities and lots of food!  The birthday boy wore his #4 birthday shirt that we purchased from Green Apple Boutique and we decorated the tables with cookie pops from cookie mama and pinwheels from pinwhirls.com...it was a huge success and Ethan had an awesome birthday!
