Hostess With The Mostess

I threw this construction party for my son's 2nd birthday. 

We had a construction site dessert table with dirt balls (oreo truffles), traffic cones (mini ice cream cones dipped in orange candy melts), truck tires (mini chocolate donuts), Reese's Pieces (because they were the perfect colors and one of my favorite candies), street sign lollipops and cupcakes in the back of a dump truck.

I also set up a "hard hat station" where the kids could decorate their hats with stickers. They also played with lots of trucks outside in the sand box.
