Loved working on this sweet party for an even sweeter little girl who loves The Little Mermaid and thereby inspired the theme. I loved the colors...the white, sand, sea foam green and light turquoise created a magical, airy, beach feel without being too "kitchy". I made the starfish wands as party favors for the girls. The got to make "pearl" necklaces from pearlized bubble gum and princess bracelets which they also took home as favors.
For the activity table I used white tulle and a burlap runner. The star fish, sand dollars, and big voral, I got at the end of season sale from Pottery Barn Kids. The sea glas came from th edollar store and the other shells cam from my home. Each sparkly Chinese take out box held the girls' activty with their name tag right o the box. All of the party printables were created by the amazing Paula of frog Prince Paperie.
I usend a turquoise tulle on the dessert table adding to that magical and whimsical feel of the partry. My amazing cake artist, Tiffany and Cake, make the fabe ombre ruffled cake, as well as the Octo pops, and the mermaid cookies . Those ebach themed cookies were by cookie artist extradinaire, Rene, of Bees Keens Creative.
