I saw the Holiday Vintage sparkle decor and fell in love -- there were printables that I used from it to help embellish the centerpiece at our Ladies Advent Tea at church. I was a table "hostess" which meant I bring the dishes, serveware, and centerpiece. I love this website's inspirations for adding beautiful and creative touches.
I used the printables for a whimsical touch, a couple paper mache reindeer that I already had, sparkle snowflake ornaments, evergreen boughs, ribbon from my Christmas decorations at home, and a couple other simple rustc decor for the centerpiece with a large hurricane candle holder that was provided for each table by the church.
The plates are my great-grandmother's collection, but I only have 7 matching cups (needed 8 for the table). So instead, I pulled out my grandmother's teacups and each place setting had a unique cup, each with a special story of how they were aquired. Vintage looking glass milk holders were used for water pitchers with gold and red ribbon around the necks.
