    I used a soda jerk hat as a template and made them with wrapping paper and tissue paper then stuck on one of my 2" party circles. They looked a whole lot cuter than plain old white soda jerk hats!

This Ice Cream Parlor theme that I had for my daughter's 4th birthday was so fun & easy. 

I created an ice cream bar where parents and children could create their own yummy ice cream/sundaes...no baking required!!!
