Hostess With The Mostess

I had the pleasure of being the chairperson for my daughter's pre-school Holiday Bake Sale. The Parents As Leaders Organization (PALS, aka our school's PTA), raises funds each year to organize fun extra-curricular activities for our children. The next big event is Snow Day in January, since here in south Florida we're not lucky enough to have a white winter (some might say the contrary). PALS brings in a truckload of snow and the kids get to enjoy sledding down a small hill as well as a full day of snow themed events!

The bake sale took place in the main hall of the school and I setup and decorated the tables with a red and aqua with snowflakes and snowmen elements. Parents brought in all kinds of goodies, including allergen free items as well as specialty items for the treats from around the globe section. The items where selling so quickly, I didn't get a chance to photograph much!
