Hostess With The Mostess

Party Description:

The theme of the party was Sweet Shoppe, and it was for two girls turning 6 who share the same birthday.  We used 3' round pink polka dot balloons, lots of lollipops, and plenty of pink to decorate the space.  I own and rent out child-size tables & chairs, so we formed them into a large square table with a lollipop topiary as the centerpiece, and pink satin ties on the miniature white chairs. 

For entertainment we hired a face painter, played a lifesaver game and sweet shop bingo.  Of course we had to take a dance break with the Gummi Bear song and follow with a darling lollipop craft before dining on pink cupcakes.  The grand finale was getting to fill up little bags with lots of sweets including miniature gumball machines.
