Making this Valentine is super easy.  Simple layer the gumballs in the tube in any pattern or color combination you choose. In the final gumball spot, add the Hershey Kiss. Put on the cap.  Print and cut the labels out.  Attach to the tube with bakers twine or narrow ribbon.
