Hostess With The Mostess

The Inspiration

This dessert buffet was for a New Year's Eve party, but would be lovely as well for a wedding reception or bridall shower with the soft white and trendy plums.

The Decor

The table was covered in a crisp white tablecloth.  We used white plates and platters to display the dessert selections, and created a feather boa trimmed cupcake tower with touches of silver.  The back drop for the table is a forest of snow white feather and glitter trees.

The Desserts

The desserts included snowflake sugar cookies, merigue tarts, pomegranate gumdrops, white chocolate cupcakes,homemade marshmallows, and cake pops.  We used cupcake wrappers from the Jeweled Amethyst collection from www.ConfettiCouture.com, as well as the cake pop kit in Sheer Elegance to add elegance to our desserts.

The Food

We offered quality cheeses and crackers on a on a separate table, along with the champagne.
