My daughter recently celebrated her 9th birthday with a groovy, modern disco party. When she first came to me and said she wanted to have a tie-dye party, I wasn't crazy about the idea. Most of the 70s parties I had seen were a little too psychedelic for me. So, we set out to modernize a typical 70s party.
