I provided guests with different types of brunch food served in miniature sizes so they could have a taste of everything without feeling like they overate!  The pancake 'short stacks' topped with a berry were a huge hit.  The rose pomanders were made out of crepe paper streamers and added a nice splash of color to the tabletop.
