We put together an adorable Easter brunch for friends and family. There were lots of vintage touches including blue mason jar and white hobnail milk glass vases filled with pink tulips, lavender spider mums and a few protea stems. For the tablescape, we used a plaid, pastel tablecloth found at Target and cut it into table runners to use on the main dining table. We served all of the hot food on the island buffet-style and all of the sweet items were served on an adorable dessert table. Items included apricot/greek yogurt parfaits, silver dollar pancakes, fruit skewers and egg salad phyllo cups served in blue ceramic egg crates found at Anthropologie. We used pastel speckled eggs as placecards and propped them up in ribbon wrapped napkin rings set in pastel cupcake wrappers. We also did an adorable children's table complete with fun details such as white eyelit chair sashes, pink lunchboxes and bunny bottles filled with pastel M&Ms. We also styled a white, vintage-esque bar cart complete with champage and juice for mimosas and sparkling pink punch. We made both the speckled egg and EASTER garlands as well as the champage flag stirs. Enjoy!
