Hostess With The Mostess

Every year we plan an "End of the Year" School program.  We homeschool so it's a good opportunity for them to be in front of others and express things they've learned and have been working on.  This year we decided since we have been studying weather, our theme would be focused around Rainbows.  It was a lovely day with many details and lots of fun!

The children did many art projects to go along with the theme.  We used some for decorations, clothing, props for the program and as party favors.  There was a lot of painting going on, which the children loved!  Don't all children love to paint!  : )

The food was fairly simple other than the cake pop stand that we made to look like a rainbow.  All details are inexpensive and can be DIY projects or cheap purchases with coupons at local craft stores.
