Hostess With The Mostess

For my nephew's 3rd birthday party I created a silhouette Mickey Mouse sweets table!  I love this twist on the Mickey theme as it is different from the average Mickey Mouse party.  Black silhouette cake pops and cupcake toppers, mickey mouse rice krispies with black ears, silhouette fondant cake topper brought the theme together on the sweets table.  Black and white barber shop straws and the gingham tablecloth were the finishing touches.  Milk was served in recycled frappuccino bottles, (special request from the birthday boy)!  The table backdrop is a collage of pinwheels made from newspaper, topped with a large mickey silhouette made from black card stock.
