Hostess With The Mostess

It seems as Eric Carle's "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" is all the craze right now! I was inspired by the million ideas one can find on Pinterest, and this very site, along with my daughters love for books. With a little help from my friends, we crafted everything. I ordered the invitations at etsy.com

It is a bit tough living in Italy and trying to get certain foods when they are out of season, but we made due and included as much as possible as far as food and decorations.

We also had ballons throughout the house, although we didn't get to make the caterpillar out of balloons due to lack of time. The kids finger painted and decorated sugar cookies outside. It was a lovely day!
