I decided for my baby girl's one year party that I was going to have a Milk & Cookies Party. It was a labor of love and I think it turned out great.  I planned for months in advance to be able to get just what I wanted without breaking the bank.  I repurposed a lot of serving plates and things I already had to help keep the cost down.
