Hostess With The Mostess

When Natalie contacted me about designing a dessert table for her son's First Communion I was honored that I was asked to be a part of such a special occasion. I kept the colors really simple and clean with baby blue and grey/silver. The desserts were simple as well. Per the guest of honors request, I made Oreo Cake Pops, Vanilla and Chocolate Cupcakes, Rice Krispie Treat Pops, Brownie Bites and had a few jars with candy in them. Every dessert was eaten by the end of the party. The guest of honor also requested a cupcake decorating area for him and his friends. Each child got to decorate their own cupcake with candy and eat them up. The kids had a blast and it was such a pleasure being there and able to take part.
