I had so much fun planning this Dr. Seuss party for my son's second birthday. All the food was inspired from his favorite Dr. Seuss books (green eggs and ham, go (hot)dogs, go, oodles of noodles, cat in the hat sticks, one fish goldfish, thing 2 cupcakes, and cat in the hat cookies). We had a one fish two fish game and some Dr. Seuss activities I found on seussville.com, including a Dr. Seuss trivia game that the kids loved! My daughter and son had matching Cat in the Hat outfits, which she sewed with help from her grandmother. I set up a photo booth with different props for the birthday boy and the guests to have fun with. I had all the guest sign Dr. Seuss' Happy Birthday to You book and asked them to write a special message to him in it. The goody bags were filled with bookmarks, pencils, books, and stickers, all with a Dr. Seuss theme. My son had a wonderful time. It was a day of all days!
