Hostess With The Mostess

This mom-to-be had two passions: all things Northwestern and cupcakes. So hostesses Sara from Bella Notte and Janice from Bellwether Events started with clouds and rain drops as the decor. Cupcakes from mom's favorite two DC shops, Baked & Wired and Georgetown Cupcake, were offered as part of the dessert buffet and as the guests' favors. Custom ABC cards feature places and things local to America's Northwest. The baby's gender was unknown, so a neutral but cheery yellow and blue color palette were used. Photographer Deb Lindsey welcomed everyone into her home, and documented the shower for us.
