Hostess With The Mostess

When I found out I was doing a fairy party, I was thrilled to bits. I wanted to create a magical fairy world as a center piece for the kids tablescape. Added some fairy dust and a toadstool bench (sturdy boxes covered with red plastic tablecloths with white poster board circles) to complete the look. There was a fairy house decorating station. I used $1 birdhouses from Michaels, sprayed the tops with glitter spray and gave the kids a ton of fun foam stickers to decorate them.  There were fairy wings for each girl (Dollar Store) and gnome hats and beards for the boys. I made flowers from posterboard and had them lead the way to the fairy garden in the backyard.
