Hostess With The Mostess

We've got dragons to slay! For the table scape center piece I wanted to create a viking village. I covered different size shoe boxes with gray paper (rock color) and added astroturf then stacked them. I bought decorated birdhouses for viking houses. I used toy dragons from the movie and tied them to the tent ceiling with fish line. When the wind blew, it looked like they were flying! As part of the party favors, each kid received a viking helmet and an inflatable sword. Big hits! Fun party!
