Each girl brought their doll to a shabby chic vintage inspired tea party.
Tables- Children's tables and white wooden chairs with white cloths were topped with quilted fabric, lace, and floral print fabric. The centerpieces were vintage books, white garden lanterns, handkerchiefs, and medicine bottles with garden flowers. Above the tables, hung a chandelier decorated with greenery and candles. Also, along the back wall, Kristen Blackard, of Signature Occasions hung various frames and a large pink K to make a perfect backdrop for the party.
Activity- The main activity was a storyteller and to create a whimsical area, Blackard hung strips of floral fabric along with garden lanterns from trees and let the storyteller sit in an antique loveseat.
Tablesettings- The tables were set with vintage china rented from a local wedding caterer. To allow the dolls to have some fun, each doll had their own chair, plate (really it was a saucer that matched the plate the child had), and a fork (a cocktail fork). This had to be the girls favorite part!
Favors- Each girl received a parasol and a pair of gloves as they entered "to finish off their outfit".
