I LOVE this party. I'm trying to put together my husband's 40th birthday par-tee and I love your printables. I've never used memory mixer and would love to ask you a few questions....if you wouldn't mind. You can contact me at mspaytonjones@yahoo.com! Thanks SO much! Lisa

This is our son's 3rd birthday party. We used a local golf course that had a mini-golf area. Many of the ideas came from pinterest. The banners, stickers, flags labels, and etc. were made with a  combination of MemoryMIxer and Photoshop. Using a few coupons it was easier and cheaper to let Office Depot print everything out on card stock. The water bottle labels are printed on transparency sheets. I also used my Silhouette machine for a few things.

We had the families all play a putt-putt tournament when they first arrived. This also helped with people that arrived late, we didn't have to wait on them and it helped space out everyone along the course. We had a small prize for the adult & kid winners. As the families finished we took the kids on golf cart rides. Then kids decorated their visors.

For the food, everything had a "golf name". The cupcakes were easy to make with a grass tip. On the cupcake stand we did sixlets for golf balls and made little flags. On the golf hole designed cupcake cake the sand is graham crackers and the green is green sprinkles.

Table decorations were cheap tablecloths, with cut up astro-turf as runners. Centerpieces were buckets with golf balls and balloons. The clear balloons came from Amazon.

Another game we didn't get to was "pin the ball on the hole"

Party favors were golf club sets (found on clearance & only one set per family), water bottles with the kid's names, and their visors (bottle & visors also foundon clearance!)

This party was super cheap to do. It was something different and the kids seemed to have fun.
