Dino Dig Birthday Party (20 photos)
What lttle boy wouldn't love a dino dig birthday party? We "dug" up some fun to make this party super special!
The centerpiece of our table was a vanilla cake I ordered from our local grocery store bakery. I asked for something super simple and had them wrap along the edge a coordinating ribbon in lime green and orange polka dots. We topped it with a large dinosaur I found at Michael's and then placed it on a brown basket to give the table a more natural and rustic feel. We had vanilla cupcakes with bright orange frosting and green jello cups for desset for the kids. We wrapped the cups with wooden spoons and twine supplied by Party On! Designs. I covered large cereal boxes with brown wrapping paper and wrapped the front with a coordinating ribbon. They were the perfect size for our cupcakes and jello cups. Fun Favors send the most adorable (and delish) dino cookies that coordinated with our theme and we provided the kids with mini snack cups (supplied by Party On! Designes) filled with pretzels, baby carrots and grapes. For drinks the kids had orange gatorade in mason jars. To complete the table, Rebekah of A Blissful Nest designed a piece of fabric to coordinate with her printable set! It was perfect and we used it as a tablecloth to give the table that extra pop of color!
For favors, all our little guests were given cookies from Fun Favors and I Have A Favor sent personalized cups for all the kids. All our guests had a "dinomite" time!
