Hostess With The Mostess

We created a Spanish-themed "Club Matador Dining and Dancing" evening under the stars to celebrate a 50th birthday. Evening began with theme music, authentic Spanish tapas and freshly prepared Paella.

We poured Sangria, Spanish wines and beers.  As th evening progressed, the DJ amped up the tunes, the fire roared and folks got into the spirit of the Club environment. We handed out dance cards to underscore the guest of honor's desire to dance the night away.

Desserts included Tres Leches and a dark chocolate cake with raspberries. Guests continued to enjoy the fresh fruit and imported cheeses throughout the night.

Taverna lights, candles and vintage glow cubes provided soft mood lighting which added to the uniqueness of the party.
