Hostess With The Mostess

I’m so excited to share my daughters recent Baking party with you. I created this Baking party theme for her 8th birthday party.

Here is the dessert table, I decided to go with a blue and pink color scheme, with an old-fashioned candy shoppe look.

Every guest got a cute chef’s hat and rolling pin to roll out their cookies. I made a pink ruffle cake with two layers, one pink one blue.

I found the cutest fondant cupcake toppers from Cakes and Kids.

Since the guests were only 7 and 8 I decided to keep the baking simple, they rolled their own cookie dough and then decorated them after I cooked them.

I used wooden spoons and daisy top jars to match the old fashioned look of the printable party items.

The kids got to show off their creations. I also sent home a thank you card that matched the invite personalized with a picture of all the guests with their chef hats on.
