Hostess With The Mostess

Recently, I’ve seen some pretty cute woodland themed parties, and I’ve been eager to try my hand at styling one.  When I saw these adorable woodland themed Christmas ornaments from the Martha Steward Collection at Macy’s, I knew I had to go for it and make my cookie exchange a “winter woodland wonderland” (or try to at least).  With my toadstool and deer ornamentspurchased, I went out (literally) in search of other woodland items for my theme. Luckily, fallen logs were plentiful in my area. I added some pine cones, branches, a piece of red burlap (I’m loving burlap right now), and a sprinkling of snow to some adorable (and affordable) red and white poka dot dishes I picked up at HomeGoods and I was all set!
