Ornament exchange parties are popular.  I like hosting one every year.  Here are some cute and inexpensive ideas you can easily duplicate at home. 

I set up a table with some Christmas food, festive drinks and pretty decorations from my house.  I suggest to use white dishes to display your desserts and food.  

I love the backdrop with hanging ornaments.  You can set your table close to your Christmas tree to give it the WOW look!  Ask your guests to set their ornament wrapped under the tree.
