Hostess With The Mostess

It is a very rare occasion where I don’t plan on putting together a party, but my daughter’s third birthday was one of them. It’s a tradition for us to take our family on a vacation to Disneyland when one of the kidlets turns three and I take that as my cue to bypass the party chaos. This year, the Husband decided his little girl needed a party, so party it is. After narrowing down our options, Reagan ultimately decided on a Cupcake Party and I ran with it, taking a few creative detours in the process.

The basis for the party was cupcakes with a splash of Valentine’s Day. Because her birthday is January 21st, it makes for a perfect marriage of an upcoming holiday and her celebration. I started off with a color scheme of pink, red, and turquoise, found the perfect cupcake clipart, and went from there!
