Inspired by Indiana University baskeball's #1 ranking, I created IU themed snack station for the next game. All of the food was in miniature form...mini tacos, hot dogs, french fries, icecream, mac n cheese and sweets. Don't forget to check out the "outake photos". A bit of a nod to the legendary Coach Bobby Knight.
