We decided on a Retro Cocktail Party for a Welcome Home Celebration for our returning soldier. We featured retro cocktails and food and had a lot of fun with the decor, using plenty of candy cigarettes and ashtrays. I also used my Cameo Silhouette to make a lot of the decorations including some retro 'lanterns' and sunburst 'clocks'.
