Bebe Baby Brunch Shower (35 photos)
A bebe brunch shower was given to my sister for her first child, a baby boy named Hudson. I chose the Bebe theme as it was elegant and charming just like my sister. I used the blue and white colors as I was inspired by milk glass and wanted to incorporate this look. I did a more vintage spin on the french theme.
The decorations were parisian themed in colors of blue, creme, white, and gray. I picked up several pieces at stores like Hobby Lobby, HomeGoods, and a local antique mall. I spray painted pieces to match our color scheme. My family has tons of milk glass so I used this for all the flowers. The blue hydrangeas looked beautiful in the white milk glass. I had some lovely ladies helping me decorate this shower by making signages and creating hanging floral bebe sign.
The food was all french inspired brunch foods. I used white servingare on blue linens. The food table had a ribbon fall backdrop that I made. It turned out quite well for my first homemade backdrop! I used carafe for juices and tiny milk glasses for beverages, which gave it a vintage feel. I had a mimosa bar with three different juices/nectars and three different fruit garnishes. One of my favorite parts was the cake table that was surrounded with a crown with tulle coming down and around the table.
This was a come and go shower so we didnt play games however we had a couple of activites. We had a block station set up with plain wooden blocks and various paint pens, stickers, and letters for each guest to make a block for Baby Hudson. It turned out great! I also used a wish tree for the guest book but instead of using a tree I used an Eifel Tower to hang each wish on.
The favors were muslin bags that we stamped with Merci and a french postage mark. The muslin bags were filled with lavender. Each guest took home a wonderful smelling lavender sachet.
