Blue Avalon
Ingredients:
1 oz light rum
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curacao
4 oz sprite (or lemon-lime soda)
lemon juice
Directions:
Pour the rum and blue curacao into an cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with lemon-lime soda (to taste). Add a dash of lemon juice, stir and serve.
