Portobello and Prosciutto Pizza


Ingredients:

1 package of pre-made Pizza Dough

1/2 cup red pizza sauce

6 Baby Portobello Mushrooms, slices and sautéed

8 Artichoke hearts, drained and halved

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

6 thin slices of Prosciutto

Arugula

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500 degree F.



Let the dough come to room temperate and meanwhile put corn meal on your pizza peel to prevent the dough from sticking



Place the dough on the pizza peel and roll the dough until you have a crust about ½ inch thick around the edges



Put 1/2 cup of Pizza sauce onto the dough and spread around



Place the sautéed mushrooms and artichoke hearts around the pizza



Scatter Mozzarella on top of the vegetables and season with salt and pepper



Transfer the pizza from the peel to the pizza stone in the oven



Let pizza cook for 10-13 minutes or until the crust starts to turn a golden brown



Remove pizza from the oven and garnish with Arugula and the Proscuitto



Season with additional salt and pepper if needed and enjoy
