Strawberry Goat Cheese Toasts

Ingredients:
2 slices of the bread of your choice, toasted
1/4 cup of goat cheese
4-6 strawberries, sliced and diced
3-4 fresh basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Toast you bread in a toaster or under the broiler in your oven.
Top each slice with equal amounts of goat cheese - top the goat cheese with the strawberries.
Top with one or two pieces of fresh basil, chopped.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
