“Grilling Rack” Serving Trays
In keeping with the Summer Grill Party theme, we used cookie cooling racks (that mimic the look of grills) and grilling accessories as creative “serving trays” for our treats.
Printable “Summer Grill” Treat Toppers
Dress up homemade or store-bought cupcakes and treats with party circles featuring retro-modern designs and hot dog graphics. You’ll need a 2” craft punch, toothpicks, and tape or glue. Super easy!
Add crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows to regular chocolate cupcakes to give them “s’more” appeal! For the finishing touch, add some fiery “GIMME” & “S’MORE” cupcake toppers. Download the toppers for free right here.
Charcoal Grill Cake Pops
Are these miniature charcoal grill cake pops the cutest, or what?! Kris from kCreative Cake Pops whipped these up in perfect detail. Party guests are sure to go crazy over these little treats, which would also make for a great take-home party favor!
Tiisue Tassel Garlands
DIY Tissue Tassel Garlands are the perfect way to add a splash of color to the dessert table (or anywhere else in the party!).
DIY Decorative Charcoal Grills
These DIY charcoal grills are the perfect way to dress up any summer grilling party or outdoor BBQ! Simply glue 2 melamine bowls together to create the body of the grill. Next, add grill “legs” and a “handle” made from wooden dowels painted silver, then finish with 2 wooden wheels painted black.
These cute centerpieces can be utilized everywhere from the buffet to the bar to the table. I also think it would be really cute to display 2 of them a couple feet apart as bookend holders for a mini message bunting or party banner!
Decorative Party Signs
Framed party prints are one of the easiest ways to customize and “color up” a party! Download the following retro grilling and hot dog inspired designs from the Summer Grilling Party collection right here:
– Grilled Hot Dogs / fix ‘em up how you like (8x10)
– LET’S EAT! (4x6)
– Get Your Grill On (4x6)
– All American Favorites (5x7)
Grilling Party Favors
Send guests home with jars of your favorite store-bought or homemade BBQ sauce, creatively packaged in glass jars or mason jars and embellished with printables and basting brushes or natural-bristle paintbrushes which are less than $1 each at Michaels! (I used DROPPAR jars from IKEA for the favors pictured here.)
