Fun and Creative Big Game Bash

Football viewing parties are all about the the game… and the FOOD! Add some creativity to your Big Game Bash tablescape with these easy tips & menu ideas:

Football Field Table Cover
Make a bold statement by covering your main buffet area with inexpensive artificial grass in order to mimic the look of a football field. Artificial turf is available at home stores like Home Depot and Lowes, and they can cut it down to size for you. Dark green felt or fabric will also work as an alternative option. Use white ribbon to add "yard lines", or paint them on if you're feeling extra crafty!

Crowd Pleasing Menu
When it comes to the menu, keep things easy and approachable by serving up a variety of convenient, crowd-pleasing finger foods. Tyson Any'tizers® taste great and are ready to go in minutes - just heat and serve! Buffalo Style Boneless Chicken Wings, Homestyle Chicken Fries, Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings, and cheesy Taco Seasoned QuesaDippers® are all great crowd-pleasing choices for a big game party! Download coordinating buffet labels for Tyson Any'tizers® & the other snacks pictured above right here. (The buffet label templates are also available blank.)

Creative Presentation
One of the great things about finger foods is that they allow for lots of creative presentation options! For example, serve french fries in punch cups and chili in mason jars embellished with football themed party circles. Dress up corn muffins, finger sandwiches, or Tyson Any'tizers® with festive, printable "Big Game" food flags. Line white dishes with football patterned paper to help tie them into the rest of the party (as pictured here with the Football Deviled Eggs, Football Cheese & Crackers, and Mason Jar Chili).

Cheese & Cracker Football Stackers
Use a circle shaped cookie cutter to cut slices of cheese and salami into football shapes, then stack them on top of oval shaped crackers like Town House FlipSides Pretzel Crackers. Last but not least, use a zip loc bag to pipe mustard or ranch dressing "laces" on top.

Football Deviled Eggs
Whip up your favorite deviled egg recipe (or just pick some up at the store!) - then add some chive "laces" to instantly transform them into little footballs!

Print & Customize
As always, the design is in the details - and printable paper elements are one of the easiest ways to transform any buffet into a unique party display! We created a complete set of football themed printables for you to utilize as your Big Game Bash - including buffet labels, embellishments, cupcake toppers, food flags, football player silhouettes, and patterned paper that can be utilized in a variety of creative ways. DIY Goal Post Centerpiece
Create a striking themed centerpiece for your table from wooden dowel rods, yellow paint, and hot glue. Paint the unfinished dowel rods, let dry, then hot clue into a goal post shape. Once dry, insert the "goal post" into a styrofoam-filled vessel, then cover the top of the foam with artificial grass (or real wheat grass or sod if you've got it!).
