Christmas dinner decorating ideas

When it comes to decor, simple doesn’t have to mean boring! Case in point – here are 2 super easy, yet affective holiday decorating ideas. (You can also switch up the colors & accents to make these work for any type of occasion!)

Idea #1 – Ribbon Chair Accents

You’ll need extra-wide ribbon for this look… preferably in satin, which still lays nicely when tied and gives a pretty sheen. Add a fun “centerpiece” to the ribbon – such as the pinecones, pine needles, and jingle bell pictured here – or you favorite ornaments.

Mix it up: For New Year’s Eve dinners, use silver or gold ribbon with blow horns & disco ball ornaments!

Idea #2 – Ribbon-Tied Flatware Displayed in Glasses

This is a really cute idea for a buffet-style dinner party or brunch because these little sets look especially cool when you line several of them up in a contemporary row. Simply tie flatware together with a small, festive ribbon & place in tumblers or juice glasses. Use colorful and/or patterned glasses to get the most impact from this look!

Tried it with cotton material but it was to thin. Would like to know what kind of material you used for the chair covers.
