Champagne Cocktails for New Year’s Eve

Vodka Champagne Cocktail - Happy New Year!

Earlier this week I shared a New Year’s Eve inspired Bubbly Station featuring lots of *high-impact-yet-totally-doable* creative ideas. (I just couldn’t find a one-word adjective that said all that.) 😆

Anyways, while champagne bars are fun for New Year’s Eve… so are crafted cocktails and signature drinks! With that in mind, I’ve got 2 champagne-based ideas for you today that are both festive AND easy to whip up. 🥂

BTW – If craft cocktails are your thing, definitely check out the Master of Mixes Cocktail Essentials line. (I used the Single Pressed Lemon Juice, Blue Curaçao, and Simple Syrup flavors here.)

Master of Mixes Cocktail Essentials

The Cocktails Essentials line makes it easy for you to build scratch cocktails using the same ingredients as your favorite mixologists! 🍹🍸🏆 There are 13 Essentials flavors – including Mint Syrup, Agave Nectar, Grenadine, and more.

PLUS, the squeeze bottles make quick adjustments to your cocktails super easy (*a little more of this, a tad more of that*), and there’s no pouring mess. 🙌

Champagne with Cotton Candy

Sparkling Blue Eyes Party Punch

Makes 16 (8.5 oz) servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Vodka
  • 2 bottles Champagne
  • 6 oz Master of Mixes Blue Curaçao
  • 2 liters Lemon-lime soda
  • Optional:
dashes of Angostura Bitters (to taste)*
    Blue food coloring**

*You can leave the bitters off completely if you want to keep your punch on the sweeter side.

True Blue Cocktails

**True-blue cocktails are hard to come by! Master of Mixes Blue Curaçao has a gorgeous color that leans more aqua than royal blue. When you mix it with champagne or other yellow-hued ingredients, your drink will naturally turn more of a green-ish blue. So, if you want a royal blue or “true blue” color for this drink (especially when serving it as a punch), you’ll need to add some blue food coloring.

Blue Curacao - Actual Color

Cheers to the new year… and actually to a new DECADE this time around! 🥂🍾
