Delivery Time

Once your payment is processed, you can log in and access your purchased Designs instantly.

For individual Design purchases, you will have instant access to those Designs.

If you purchased a Design Hero Subscription (6-Month or 1-Year), you will have instant access to EVERYTHING!

Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued as a general policy.

HOWEVER, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if there are extenuating life circumstances at play, please email us to discuss. We are reasonable human beings and want you to be happy! 😊
