Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe with Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce

I’ve got another super tasty game day recipe to share with you today… and this one is SO easy!

You will need a Crock-Pot or slow cooker, and if you really want to be ahead of the game (pun intended) you can make the Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce in advance.

Pulled pork is always a crowd-pleaser, so you really can’t go wrong! We like to keep the cooked meat warming on low during our football-watching parties and set the rest of the slider ingredients next to the meat. This way, guests can assemble the sliders however they like them, whenever they’re hungry. 😋

Coca-Cola® PULLED PORK SLIDERS

You’ll need:

  • Crock-Pot or Slow Cooker
  • 2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 12 oz Coca-Cola
  • Coca-Cola® BBQ Sauce (1 cup for cooking + additional for serving)
  • Slider Buns/Rolls (I like to use Hawaiian Sweet Rolls)
  • Pickle Chips

Instructions:

1. Add pork tenderloin, 12 oz of Coca-Cola, and 1 cup of BBQ sauce to your slow cooker, and cook until tender. (This usually means on high for around 5 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours, depending on the timeframe you’ve got available).

2. To assemble the sliders, pile pork, additional BBQ sauce, and a couple of pickle chips onto each roll. Done! I feel like there should be more… but that’s seriously all there is to it. Now relax, eat & ENJOY! :)
