How do I access my purchased designs?

  • Access them right here on the product page! (You must be logged in with the same email used to purchase the design.)
  • When a design is purchased, the buttons unlock. The pink buttons will change to say “Customize” and the blue buttons will no longer be grayed out. You may need to refresh the page once.

How long do I have access to my purchased designs?

  • You can access your product purchases anytime, 24/7, (as long as this store remains active).

Can I save my edited designs as a “work in progress” to finish later?

  • We do not have a way to save “work in progress” designs, so it’s best to finish your edits & download them at the same time.

Where do my downloaded files get saved?

  • On a desktop computer, your files should be saved to your Downloads folder or Desktop.
  • If you’re using a tablet or mobile phone, the files should save to your “Files” folder.
