Inspired by the stylish ladies & gents who attend the Derby and by the new Kentucky Derby® Red Blend, I set out to design a collection that was modern & preppy, yet anything but pretentious. Cheers to trying new wines, winning horses, and free stuff of course! ;)

All the printables below are set up on 8.5×11 templates for easy home printing. Download the high resolution PDFs and click here for inspiration when using these to put together your party. You’ll find lots of coordinating food, drink, centerpiece, and decorating ideas!

Jennifer, are you able to update these templates to reflect 2016?

    • jenn s. March 4, 2016 at 7:11 am

Hi Lissa – Yes, I think there are only 3 files that need to be updated with the current year & Derby # – and I will put that on my list for next week. Stay tuned! :)

      Thank you!!

This is my favorite theme of your Kentucky Derby parties and I’m so excited to hear you will update them for 2016!!

  5. Sara April 14, 2016 at 7:23 am

Thank you so much for making these available! I love this set and the Garden Party!

  6. Andi Fabri April 26, 2016 at 1:37 pm

I love the font used. Can you tell me what it is?

    • jenn s. April 26, 2016 at 8:01 pm

Thanks, Andi! The serif font is Copperplate Gothic, and the scripty font is called Butterscotch. :)

Great collection! Is there a way to download just the Southern Belle Girl and print her large as you have done on the buffet table?

    • jenn s. May 2, 2016 at 7:19 am

      Hi KP –

Thank you for the compliment! Unfortunately I don’t have a large format printable set up for the full Derby Girl though… what I actually did here was have Ten23 Designs create a wooden cut-out of just her shape, then I spray-painted the wooden cut-out black and printed a paper “outfit” for her to glue to both sides. I probably won’t be able to create a large format printable file in time for Derby this weekend (super hectic week ahead!) – but I’ll make a note of the request for next year. Good luck with your party this weekend! :)

LOVE your printables! I used them last year as well! Anyway to get the “run for the roses” & “and they’re off” signs for a download. They are not coming up in your individual files!

    • jenn s. May 6, 2016 at 10:13 am

Hi Dana – Sorry about that! I just updated the “Small Party Signs” link at the top to include those signs – looks like I forgot to insert the 2nd page before. Thanks for the heads up! :)

    Thanks!

Yes :) I just updated our “Kentucky Derby Garden Party” collection to work for 2017 this morning, and will get this collection updated by the end of the week!

    Hi Jenn!!

Are you able to update these for 2017? Your Garden Party style printables were a huge hit at our party last year and I was hoping to be able to use some of them again this year!!!

Thank you so much for creating these and providing them for all of us to use!!!
